From Event Coordinator Stewart Teichman:
I know this club is all about doing fun things with other members and our cars. But I also know that this club prides itself on helping others also. Well, we have a request from one of our members, Jack Stacey, to do something that would check all of those boxes.

Whispering Pines Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 90 bed rehabilitation and nursing facility that Jack has had some affiliation with for some time now. In fact, one of our major sponsors has an uncle who is currently a resident there. The thing is, so many of them love sports cars. It brings them back to a time when they owned or dreamed of owning them themselves.

So we’re planning to do a little car show for them on Saturday, September 12, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Nothing fancy, just show up and show off your car to a bunch of really grateful folks who could use a couple hours of feel good time.  Won’t you please help us put a smile on their faces? We need at least 15 cars to attend to make this something special for them.
