Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Membership fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
– Cancellation within 10 days of joining or renewal.
– Duplicate payment or administrative error by the organization.
– Special circumstances approved by the Board

2. Request Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the club’s Treasurer within the eligible period.
• Requests should include the member’s name, payment date, and reason for the request.

3. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the next scheduled Board of Directors meeting via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Event tickets, donations, and merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Partial refunds for unused membership months are not available.
